During this time, we have been involved in the development and management of a number of residential, commercial office, retail and industrial projects, the majority of which have been locally based.

Zariba Holdings covers most aspects of the commercial property development and investment process, from site selection and purchase, design, leasing, project management, and property management and sales.

Although primarily interested in long-term property investment with a preference for retaining ownership of the buildings and land we develop or purchase, Zariba has been involved in a number of successful joint venture partnerships in larger development projects, and do see the value in continuing this style or arrangement.

Zariba Holdings are a long time member of the New Zealand Property Council.  Highly regarded within the Bay of Plenty, client satisfaction and the delivery of a high quality end product are of paramount importance to the organisation. As such, Zariba use a range of well-established and trusted consultants, contractors and tradespeople for design, construction and ongoing maintenance to their buildings.
